We would like to provide a working person with the opportunity to sublet this apartment for the period of 6 months (1st July 2023 – 5th of January 2024) as we are moving to Portugal for 6 months ourselves. We are looking for a single tenant (professional). Registration possible.

Apartment is located in Utrecht, Overvecht. City center is a 15 minute bike ride away and within 5/10 minutes you are at Maarseveense Plassen/Ruigenhoekse polder (both nice nature rich areas). Supermarket is 1 minute walk, bus stop 2 minute walk. Shopping center 10 minute walk.

1. Income requirement: € 36.000 bruto per year

2. € 1300 excl. utilities and including servicecosts

Deposit of three months’ rent

Utilities are around € 200

3. Minimum and maximum period of 6 months (July 2023 – January 2024).

5. Ready to move in – Fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utilities, washing machine, dryer etc.

6. It has a bathtub and shower, 2 toilets (don’t ask us why)
