Beautiful modern 30 m2 (approx) studio apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw West is available from the 6th of December till the 2nd of March for a working person. The studio is located next to Rembrandt Park, just outside the ring. There is a single bed, a desk, chairs and a closet (you can use a part of it). The modern kitchen is equipped with 4 burner induction stoves, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a water boiler, a fridge with a freezer and some other basic things for example a cutlery set. Thanks to the big window which gives the chance to come the natural light in. So you don’t need to turn on the lights during the day.. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor (the studio is located on the 5th floor) where you can wash your clothes for a small fee. There is also a mop and a vacuum cleaner in the studio to help you keep the studio clean.. The bus stop is in front of the building, and the metro station is 3 min of walking distance. You can even see the metro trains from the studio…There is also a tram stoppage nearby. The closest station is Amsterdam Lelylaan which is just 4 mins away by bike. Of course, you can take the metro and go to other stations. The city center is also close by. The groceries like Lidl and Albert Heijn are just 1-2 min walk. In short, you will be enjoying the free space of this beautiful studio as well as enjoying what Amsterdam offers you..Important to know:The studio is available from the 6th of December till the 2nd of March.A small group of people will be invited for the viewing which will be around the 25th of November.-Deposit: 1 month- Rent: 1250 p/m including heating, hot and cold water, service charge, and internet.- Additional cost: 30 Euros for the electricity. You will pay more if you consume more. So the total rent is 1280 Euros.- ID, Passport, (if applicable, visa), Job contract, and Pay slip for 3 months are needed.- Salary requirement: 2.5 times the monthly rent.- Early termination is not possible.
