Kamer in Utrecht (Markstraat)

Hello everybody. Before you read this post, please be aware that we are looking for someone that could pay the rent from December. My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet one room in our cozy house in Utrecht. The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Wilhelminapark is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are also a short walk away. The room comes with a desk and wardrobe (no bed, but we can help you finding one), and you will be sharing the house with us. We share a shower, toilet, kitchen, living room (with TV), and a small courtyard. Monthly gas & electricity, and wifi costs are still to be determined, but will probably around €100 extra.I am 26 years old, Brazilian, and I just finished my masters in Public Policy at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I’m now doing a traineeship on circular economy. Edoardo is also 26 years old, Italian, graduated at TU Delft in Engineering and now working full time. We like being social and spending time with friends, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing. A few examples of the things we like to do (and you are welcomed to join us) are having dinner, playing games in the living room, going for a swim, bouldering or other sporty activities, having picnics in the park, and going to techno festivals and parties. We also appreciate cleanliness, and would like to have a cleaning schedule to make things easier. If you are interested in subletting our room, please answer this post.
