23+, no guys (landlord’s choice, sorry!), +-12 m2, from dec 1st, Amsterdamsestraatweg, hospi Wednesday nov 15 Hi everyone Because our roommate Fabienne sadly is leaving us, we are looking for a new roommate for our house at 2e Daalsedijk. We live in a nicely located area. The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Julianapark is a 5-minute walk, station Zuilen is a 10-minute walk and the Albert Heijn, Hema and Kruidvat are also a short walk away. We also have a lot of nice places in our neighbourhood, such as Ping Pong club, Nar and Nijverheid. The room (approximately 12m2) will be available from the 1st of December. The rent is approximately €290 (excl. g/e), but may be slightly increased by the landlord and inflation. You’ll be living in a house with 5 girls. Most of us are in a master’s programme or working. Chiara is finishing up her master’s degree in freshwater and marine biology research. Leonie just got her research master’s degree in history. Pia is got her master’s degree in sustainable development and just started working. Mary is pursuing a master’s degree in Health & Society, and is currently working on her thesis. Marissa obtained a master’s degree in sociology and is working.We like to hang out together a lot, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing. A few examples of the things we like to do together are having dinner, playing games in the kitchen, going for a swim, bouldering or other sporty activities, having picnics in the park, going to the Ping Pong Club or other cafés and going to festivals and parties. We share a shower, toilet, kitchen and a small balcony. Monthly gas & electricity costs are still to be determined, but will probably around €100 per person and Wifi and washing machine costs of €10 per person are not included in the rent. We are looking for a nice person who fits in our house and is preferably taking part in a master’s programme, finishing up their Bachelor’s or working. We are looking for someone who wants to keep the house clean, as we have increasing problems with mice . We are a mixed house with Dutch and English speaking housemates.
