Kamer in Groningen (J.C. Kapteynlaan)

Hey everyone,I am searching for preferably a female housemate to take over my room in J.C Kapteynlaan starting from February 1st. You will be sharing the toilet, kitchen, shower and balcony with four other lovely people. It is an international household and all are students. The bedroom is cosy but very small, so you have an additional seperate office room all to yourself, so you have two rooms in total.Our house is just a 5-minute bike ride from Grote Markt and about 12 minutes from Zernike. We are also convieniently close to UMCG, DOT, Lidl and Jumbo. The rent is cheap at €351 with an additional €15.40 for Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine. The furniture must be bought in both rooms at a cost of €200, which includes bed, office desks, shelves etc. I have attached images from both rooms to give an idea of what is included in both.If you are interested, send me a message with some information on about yourself, such as age, studies and hobbies.
