Kamer in Den Haag (Paul Krugerlaan)

(Sorry ik ben een Nederlander maar heb de tekst voor de eenvoud maar in 1 taal beschikbaar en dat is in het Engels, 2x updaten gaat me te ver).The apartment was built 2004, livingroom is 50m2. The complete apartment is 120m2 with a balcony of 8m2. Every room has a lock and fully furnished (so with bed, desk and wardrobe). Wash machine, dryer, and dishwasher available. A basement is available for storing a bicycle. 10 minutes (by bike or tram) from the major train stations Den Haag HS and Den Haag CS, three tram lines in front of the building. Supermarkets, restaurants within a radius of 1/2 km. Smoking only on the balcony, check pets. Expats are more than welcome. It is a quite busy multicultural neighborhood, with lots of shops selling exotic food/goods. I am a not-so-young Dutch guy with Suriname roots and working full time.No need to pay before moving into the house (scam protection).Rent includes taxes, internet, and use of machines. 1/2 of a month’s rent as a deposit one time at the start. Rent to be paid before the 2nd day of each month. 100 euro monthly advance for energy and gas, when the monthly usage is less you will get money back (monthly expenses energy and gas dived by the people living in the house) until now every month part of the energy advance is paid back. But if someone leaves in the winter the windows open with the heating running at full then this is not guaranteed. June on average normal use of electricity+gas = 50 euro. In January around 190 euro for 3 people, so around 63euro each person, less than 100, so you would get 37 euro back. The 100 euro is just a precaution in case someone is very sloppy with gas and electricity usage.As we share the house (I am the owner) We need to be relaxed with living together so that is why I prefer people who do not need to cook meat or fish in the house, as I am a vegetarian for most of the time. And as I am working during normal working hours most nights, especially during the week should be a bit quiet. Also would not like to live with total strangers, it is nice when people greet each other, privacy is important but a bit of social interaction is welcome.
