The room is empty with a bed that can be removed or purchased for 50 euros. We are currently two students both attending THUAS. We share a relaxed living environment. There is a shared kitchen with basic utilites. The shower and toilet are seperated. There is a room next to the kitchen with a washing machine, clothes hanger and storage. We have a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are currently occupied. There is also a private courtyard in the back of the apartment.Rent is 850 (utilities included).Deposit of 1200.Registration is possible.
