Kamer in Den Haag (Aarnout Drostlaan)

I am currently looking for a person to replace me in my contract in this house located in Laakwartier-west!The room has a big bedroom together with 2 wardrobes + shared storage room, plenty of space. The living room has a lot space together with a big kitchen and big fridge, which makes the living of the 3 easy.It is located under 10 minutes walking (3 by bike) of 2 Albert Heins, Den Haag Moerwijk train station, a tram station and 10 minutes away by bike from the center.Unfortunately, the contract is only for students. This will be shared with 2 tenants, Gaspard (21, M, FR) and Giulia (27, F, BR & IT). The current contract ends the 31st of July of 2025. Therefore the ideal tenant is someone that is +21 years old and its studies, located in Den Haag, finish that date or later (mainly someone that currently is doing its first year of master in Den Haag would be ideal).I will be answering the ones which we find suitable for the viewing at the end of the week, and it will be done the 21-22nd of this month! Please write me a little description about you and the information mentioned before.The idea is to join the 1st of december, however it might depend on how quick the housing agency does the contract transfer, we will furtherly see as the date approaches.The rent is 645€ including water and internet, therefore electricty and gas are excluded. The deposit is 1000€.
