Kamer in Den Haag (1e Braamstraat)

Hello everyone!There’s a free room in the apartment in 1e Braamstraat near Fahrenheitstraat, the place is in a nice and quiet area. The house is quite spacious and you would share it with 2 another person, there are two bathrooms, washing machine, completely furnished. There’s also a terrace.The rent would be 575€ p/m excluded (615 €p/m included )Registration is possible!Full disclosure: at the moment there’s an issue that needs to be addressed hopefully as soon as possible by the agency, as you can see in one of the pictures. There has been a leakege from the ceiling in the living room, a few weeks ago someone came to fix it and even though the leakege has been stopped there’s now a hole in the ceiling, we covered with some plastic (fancy, right?) as a temporary solution to prevent eventual dust from falling but they have to come to finish the job.Have a beautiful day!
