I am going abroad for a few months so have a room available to rent from 18th December 2023 till 3rd March 2024:- Fully furnished- Flat itself is around 80-90 m2- 13m2 bedroom- The bed is huge and super comfortable- €1,300 incl bills for a full month- Can be slightly flexible on dates- The room has a desk for you to work from if you are doing so remotely- There are huge windows so gets a lot of natural light- There’s a lovely rooftop with table, chairs and seperate chill area and a bbq- My housemate is a 28 year old male who works full time from the office, very easy to get along with
