Our housemate is moving out and we’re looking for a new person to come and take her spot! You must have a working contract, I’m sorry, students! There’s a room opening up in our house on the Nieuwe Looiersstraat and we’re looking for a boy or girl to join Aaron (Australian, 32), Ada (Turkish, 26) and Emma (German, 26).The room is roughly 7m2 with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, shared dishwasher, washing machine, and a shared roof terrace where you can chill when the sun is out.You’re right in the center of town (near Heineken Experience), right next to Vijzelgracht metro station, 2 Albert Heijns, and an Aldi. Everything’s practically a five minute bike ride.The rent is 820eu per month (this may soon change slightly due to gas prices) , including all utilities and the cleaner. We have a cleaning lady who comes by once every two weeks so our house looks pretty nice all the time.Registration IS possible. Deposit is 1250 euro.We are organising a viewings in the coming days.
