Hi people,A spacious, modern and fully furnished room will be available from the 15th of December until the 31st of July. You will be sharing the apartment with Brett (27years old from China), Tu (20years old Vietnamese who studies Finance), and David (19years old Hungarian student of Economics). The apartment is spacious and fully furnished. There is a shared kitchen, living room with a 50inch smart TV, a shower and a separate toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a queen double bed, a desk, an office chair and a wardrobe. All utilities plus taxes are included in the rental price.The neighborhood has everything that you need (supermarket, gym, etc) in a walking distance. The ‘Ganzenhoef’ metro station is 3′ by walk and Bijlmer Arena 10′ by bike.The preferred tenant will be male, in his 20s-early 30s,student or at the beginning of his professional career.
