Hello everyone!! Room available as of June 19th to share a spacious and bright apartment! It has 86 m2, terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer, a large living room, two bedrooms and a big bodega downstairs. The available room has its own bathroom with a sink and a shower, closet and a single/double bed. Obviously, the furniture can be moved if you have your own. The rent will be 1300 EUR including utilities, wifi and the payment for a cleaning lady that comes once a week to keep the place tidy J. Registration is possible.A little about myself: I am 32, originally from Chile, spent the last few years in Groningen doing my PhD, and moved to Amsterdam a year ago to do my postdoc at AMC. I am looking for a female roommate (28+) who is respectful, clean, tidy, and laid back who I can enjoy the occasional wine/dinner together with.The apartment is a beautiful and well isolated new building near a canal and a small park. It is located 10-15 min walking from Amsterdam zuid station and 5 to Amstelveenseweg metro station.
