Hi everyone,The house I live in has a room a available on the short-term (contract with real estate corporation De Key goes in per 07-11-2023; so in about two weeks). The place is located on the Dapper market and less than a 5 minutes walk to Oosterpark.Please keep in mind there will be some work to do and additional costs: room needs a new floor; you’ll need to have your own fridge as mine is too small to share; contribution to costs washing machine and other utilities (€150; but when moving out you get that amount back from the new tenant); etc.When sending me a message, please tell me as much as possible about yourself (incl. whether you are a smoker or non-smoker), as well as what you are looking for in a housemate. If we seem to be a potential match, I will send an invitation for a meeting and viewing of the house – somewhere coming weeks.
