Hello!I’m looking for a housemate to share a lovely spacious apartment near Zuidas and Gelderlandplein shopping mall. The room is 13m2 (master bedroom) with a 160x200cm bed and a built-in closet. The apartment is a 110m2 modern, 2 bedroom furnished apartment with a large living room and an adjacent office. The energy label is A. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Rent is 1400€ plus 100€ for utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet). The room is available from 1st December, but the move in date can be flexible.Registration is possible. Due to landlord restrictions the contract must stay under my name, however. I’m looking for my next housemate, 25 – 35 years old, employed full-time, preferably female. I don’t smoke so I’m looking for a non-smoker as well.You will be sharing the apartment with me – male, scientist, 26, working full time at a pharma company. I am very active – I usually go to the gym in the morning before work and I like running, climbing, kickboxing and any kind of sport. I have a regular working life routine and would be looking for someone with a similar profile. I like to build a friendly and harmonious environment at home and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine with my housemate every now and then.
