This apartment is ideally located between the beautiful Nelson Mandela Park and the Amsterdam Medical Center (AMC). The shopping center is just a 7-minute walk away and Bijlmer Arena station is a 10-minute walk away. Metro 54 takes you to the heart of Amsterdam Central Station in 20 minutes.

– No boyfriend in the house
– No guests
– No parties
– No pets
– Smoking is not allowed in the house
– Keep the house clean and tidy
– Notice period of two months
– Contract for at least one year, depending on the click between us

– No charging of electric scooters, bicycles or similar devices in the home
– Switch off lighting and heating when leaving the rooms. In summer months heating off.
