This brand new room is for someone who is neat, quiet and can take good care of it. It’s a bright room with big skylight windows. There are white and black blinders on the windows so you can adjust the light.
Mattress, cloth hanger, dest/chair will be provided.

You may share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room and terrace with another girl, so as the cleaning. If cleaning is not done properly and timely, contract will end earlier.

The living room is only for dining and relaxation. No eating on the couch, no personal things left in living room.

No guest or visitor is allowed. if necessary please ask for approval.

The energy cost will be 50% of the total actual consumption. The administration fee is for registering at city hall, 15euro per month.

Preferably looking for someone who wants to stay for 6 months or more, happy to discuss flexibility.
Deposit will be paid on arrival on move in date.
