Since I will be away for an internship I will be renting out my apartment for one year.The apartment is on the second floor of a three story flat. The apartment has all basic necessities (including kitchen inventory) and furniture. The apartment consists of a living room with a small balcony, master bedroom, small bedroom, toilet, bathroom, kitchen with a small balcony, and hallway.The rent price is 800 euro per month, this includes utilities, internet, and taxes- Registering with municipality not possible- No rent subsidie possible- Rental period: 6 to 12 monthsI am looking for a person, or a couple, that are looking for a temporary home.
