Beautiful and spacious “loft-like” 72sqM apartment. This apartment has just been fully renovated and has a new PVC flooring throughout the whole house. The brand new kitchen is equipped with induction cooking, dishwasher and a microwave oven. All walls have been plastered and painted with a soothing green color. The doors and window frames (front and back) have been replaced with new ones that fit the latest sound and insulation standards. There’s no separate rooms (apart from one closet) so it is one big open space!

The apartment is located on the Aelbrechtskade, just around the corner from the Nieuwe Binnenweg and only five minutes on foot to the nearest metro station (Delfshaven) or tram stop which will take you to the city center in about ten minutes.

The apartment is rented out furnished (updated pictures will be uploaded as soon as it is furnished) and including utility bills. We’re looking for a single or couple who wants to rent it for a maximum of 6 or 7 months (no extension will be offered). Viewings are possible immediately on weekdays between 9AM and 5PM.

There’s an administration fee of 750EUR that has to be paid before move in. A deposit equal to one months rent (1850EUR) must be paid before move in.
